COVID-19 Response

 We at Crossover are committed to making our services as available as possible during this COVID-19 crisis. We are keeping our offices clean, limiting person-to-person contact, and  making the effort to regularly sanitize on a daily basis. Beginning Monday March 23, 2020, we are making minor changes to better protect clients and families. 

Keeping Everyone Safe

We are asking for clients and those accompanying to please remain in your vehicle until the time of your scheduled appointment. You may text our office at (936) 344-3152 to let us know that you have arrived. Your counselor will step outside to let you know he/she is ready for the appointment and for the client to enter the building. Our office staff will then sign you in and payment will be taken.  You may also choose to call in your payment prior to the session. Prior to your session, we ask that you use the available hand sanitizer or wash your hands using our facilities. We are also asking clients to sign a waiver for the option of Electronic communication to allow for video/telephone methods of counseling, if needed. We certainly appreciate your understanding as we seek the safest path for all!
